Location:

• Fort Collins, CO

Duties:

• Handle a variety of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce

  • Custody

  • Child and spousal support

  • Property division

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients

• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys in a team-focused setting

• Manage multiple cases with attention to deadlines and detail

• Participate in firm initiatives, training, and professional development

• Stay updated on legal developments and best practices in family law

• Perform additional duties or projects as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of family law experience

• Active and good standing with the Colorado State Bar

• Ability to manage complex family law cases independently

• Litigation experience preferred (not required)

• Client-focused approach with strong case management abilities

• Willingness to occasionally work outside core hours based on case demands

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
