- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or able to become licensed.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree.
Certifications
- Patent Bar eligibility a plus.
Skills
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board preferred.
