Duties

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting credit facilities.
• Represent both borrowers and lenders in commercial finance transactions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high responsiveness.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial finance transactions.
• Experience with secured and unsecured, syndicated, and single-lender deals.
• Admission to the Michigan bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.

Skills

• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
