Workman's Compensation Claims Handler

The candidate will select and partner with vendors and hold them accountable to service level agreements. Collaborate with a variety of internal and external contacts which include customers, attorneys, vendors, suppliers and brokers. Manage communications throughout the claim cycle. Negotiate and resolve claims cases independently. Provide individual results and contributions in support of Claims strategy and goals. Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in the Claims and Litigation area that includes PA workers’ compensation claims OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8+ years of experience in the Claims and Litigation area that includes PA workers’ compensation claims OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprenticeship program including an Associate’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in the Claims Handling area that includes PA workers’ compensation claims AND Must obtain and retain required adjuster license(s) is required. Juris Doctor (J.D.) is preferred. Should preferably have 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience. Experience in NJ, DE or DC is welcomed.
