A law firm seeks a Finance Associate to join their Banking and Finance Practice Team in Detroit, MI. The associate will engage in a variety of transactions, representing both commercial lenders and borrowers in single- and multi-bank deals.

Duties

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting credit facilities.
• Represent clients in working capital lines of credit and term loan facilities.
• Handle real estate and asset-based lending transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in commercial finance transactions.
• Experience with both borrowers and lenders in finance deals.
• Admission to the Michigan bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
