• Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy legislation that may affect client cases or the practice of law.

Requirements:

• Experience in bankruptcy law (preferred).
• Experience in corporate law is helpful.
• Proven ability to interpret legal documents and statutes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client representation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while working in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and handle client matters from start to finish.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (required).

Certifications:

• Admission to the Maine Bar (required).
