Commercial Litigation Associate

The candidate must have 5-6 years of experience with significant experience in handling insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector. Should preferably have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and extensive communication with clients. Should preferably also have experience representing clients in insurance coverage matters, including experience reviewing commercial insurance policies, drafting coverage evaluations and reservation of rights letters, and extensive communication with clients regarding coverage issues and coverage positions. Must have an excellent academic record, solid writing skills. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Should have a Missouri Bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
