Responsibilities: Provide support to senior attorney responsible for worldwide litigation, including consultation on litigation strategy and document review. Provide backup and support for senior attorney on array of employment-related issues including advice on employment matters, such as terminations, leaves and internal investigations, draft employment agreements, such as release agreements and review Human Resources policies and procedures. Provide day to day management of outside litigation counsel. Defend depositions, respond to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries, and draft position statements and responses to agency charges. Support implementation of eDiscovery systems, litigation management tools/database and drive operational efficiency.
