Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with at least seven years of experience in commercial litigation to join their Seattle, WA office. The candidate will manage complex, large-document litigation and develop discovery strategies. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with an expectation of being in the office approximately 50% of the time.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day conduct of complex litigation.
• Develop and implement discovery strategies.
• Prepare well-written, cogent briefs on substantive and procedural topics.
• Conduct depositions and witness examinations.
• Supervise paralegals and potentially other lawyers.
• Maintain strong client relations.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience with ESI discovery, review, and management.
• Some trial experience preferred.
• Washington Bar membership required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in managing large-document cases.
