Duties

• Provide legal representation and counsel clients on employment law issues.
• Advise on federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour issues, harassment, and discrimination claims.
• Research and draft legal documents such as motions and employment agreements.
• Provide litigation defense or prosecution of civil claims.
• Respond to client concerns to enhance business retention.
• Participate in industry organizations to increase firm visibility.
• Represent the firm in various legal and community settings.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar license.
• 7-10+ years of attorney experience.
• Experience in Employment Law and/or Employment Litigation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients on various topics.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseload independently and collaboratively.
