Duties

• Assist in state and federal tax audits and litigation.
• Engage in collection matters and related legal processes.
• Conduct research and analysis on tax-related issues.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or an LLM in tax.
• Experience with accounting and various audits preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective writing and communication abilities.
• Colorado Bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
