Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters, including hearings and settlement negotiations

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies tailored to client needs

• Collaborate with legal team members to gather evidence and develop strong case files

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients throughout legal proceedings

• Analyze legal issues and prepare related documentation with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases

• Demonstrated interest in civil litigation and personal injury law

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with legal teams and clients

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
