Duties

• Advise corporate borrowers and issuers on a range of financing transactions.
• Work on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
• Collaborate on acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, and other debt arrangements.
• Engage in high-yield debt offerings and secured lending transactions.
• Provide direct client exposure and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant finance experience at a peer law firm.
• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition financings, or secured lending transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for or waive into the Texas Bar.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
