Profile

Seeking an Associate to perform title examination and assist in due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures. Candidates must be licensed in Texas, or licensed in Colorado or Oklahoma and eligible to license in Texas by waiver, and have 5 years of practice as an attorney conducting title examination. Will be expected to be proficient in legal research and writing, and have a sufficient basis in operations and regulatory activities to answer client questions.
