The candidate will participate in and conduct technical training to familiarize lawyers and staff with new and upgraded applications and tailor the training content based on the trainee. Must perform a variety of tasks including travel to branch offices to introduce new hires to our system, conduct virtual training via web products, occasionally draft training outlines for handouts, document all class participants and work comfortably with other Trainers, Programmer/Analysts and Help Desk personnel to test upgrades and other changes to the system. work with two Senior Trainers under general supervision and report to the Training Manager. Must have a good working knowledge of Windows 7, NetDocs document management, and Microsoft Office 2010 Suite. Must be familiar with standard applications, concepts, practices, and procedures within the legal field. Should have a bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of experience in the legal field or in a closely related area.
