Corporate Immigration Attorney

San Francisco office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Corporate Immigration Group. The candidate will work closely with clients, Partners, U.S. legal staff, and the global team to manage multiple corporate immigration accounts. Will draft, review, and process incoming documents for corporate clients. Conduct immigration assessments. Write and edit documents for USCIS, DOL and DOS. Manage or assist in managing day-to-day client account needs. Participate in client presentations. Manage or assist in managing legal staff. Analyze, evaluate, and clearly present written information and findings. Prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Understand and support firm's mission and overarching business goals. Must have 4+ years of experience handling a full range of Immigrant and Non-Immigrant employment-based matters. Should have a background in high-volume business immigration. Must have current license to practice Law in the United States. Experience with effectively handling PERM cases through completion is essential. Should have 1+ year of experience in managing legal staff working across multiple immigration accounts.
