A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload, contributing to the development of a statewide workers' compensation practice.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the Georgia State Bar Association.
