Duties

• Assist with technology-related aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
• Draft and negotiate agreements such as licensing and software development contracts.
• Guide data privacy, intellectual property, and artificial intelligence matters.
• Support commercial transactions involving technology components.
• Collaborate with deal teams to address transactional and regulatory considerations.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Background in one or more of the following areas: commercial transactions, data privacy, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, or transactional support.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating standalone agreements preferred.
• Strong academic performance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
