The candidate should preferably have an interest and/or experience in estate planning and business law. Experience in oil and gas matters, commercial business matters, and federal and state tax issues as well as trusts and estates is a plus. Must have strong planning and practice management skills, an excellent academic history, and strong writing and verbal abilities.
