Profile

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a prominent national law firm with over 725 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for a corporate associate in Dayton, Ohio. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience with one or more of mergers and acquisitions, finance matters, partnership and LLC formations, corporate governance, or general corporate work such as contract drafting and advising clients in other general business matters. Specific transactional experience and experience in securities matters, as well as a general familiarity with basic tax concepts, would be a plus. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact, leading deal teams, and handling all aspects of complex transactions for clients of all sizes and across industries.

All candidates should be licensed to practice in Ohio, have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
