Job Overview: The Finance Banking Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in finance-related matters, particularly in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on finance-related issues.
• Draft and review legal documents such as loan agreements, financing agreements, and security documents.
• Advise clients on financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in negotiations with clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties.
• Handle due diligence processes for financing transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition, or leveraged finance.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission via waiver or examination.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and transactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission via waiver or examination.
