Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar, in good standing.
• Over two years of family law experience, including courtroom advocacy.
• Strong legal writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while collaborating within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar, in good standing.
• Arizona Family Law Specialist certification or interest in obtaining one.

Skills

• Experience with high-net-worth dissolution matters, business valuations, or complex financial issues.
• Familiarity with Alternative Dispute Resolution, Collaborative Divorce, or mediation processes.
