A law firm in San Jose, CA, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, demonstrated success in litigation, exceptional communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to manage caseload and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3-7 years of litigation experience with interest in business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate.
• Strong academic record.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
