• Utilize technology and litigation management software effectively.

Requirements:

• Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Experience in Third Party Property Liability claims.
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage litigation strategy with clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in The Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with web-based meeting and litigation management programs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters and litigation processes.
