Associate

The candidate will be responsible for: civil litigation, handling discovery, legal research conducting depositions, court appearances, and management of cases. Caseload involves general civil matters, including business, domestic, litigation, personal injury, and real estate. Strong academic credentials are preferred. Should preferably be licensed in Utah and Nevada. First year associate will be considered. Exceptional writing skills are needed.
