Duties:
Represent clients in immigration court and during administrative hearings.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other necessary legal documents.
Develop and implement tailored case strategies based on individual client needs and circumstances.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about their cases and available legal options.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and community organizations to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.
Experience in immigration law, specifically in removal defense.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Education:
