The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defending individuals against deportation and ensuring they have the best possible legal representation in court.

Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration court and during administrative hearings.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other necessary legal documents.

• Develop and implement tailored case strategies based on individual client needs and circumstances.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about their cases and available legal options.

• Collaborate with other legal professionals and community organizations to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

• Experience in immigration law, specifically in removal defense.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Education:

Certifications:

Skills:
