Duties

• Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Develop case strategies and prepare for litigation by compiling evidence, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with relevant experts.
• Stay current on legislative and regulatory developments that impact client matters and firm operations.
• Partner closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to coordinate case management and ensure seamless client service.
• Maintain meticulous records of client communications, case progress, and legal filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Highly developed analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, court personnel, and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote legal environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License (Required).
