Duties

• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Appear remotely and in-person in California state and federal courts.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline contracts.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Prepare documentation, evidence, and trial materials; participate in trials, hearings, and depositions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of business litigation experience.
• Business contract drafting experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
