Duties

• Handle prenuptial agreements and dissolutions.
• Manage parentage and child support cases.

• Oversee modifications and enforcement of support orders.
• Participate in guardianship and probate matters.
• Support adoption processes.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in family law, including internships or clerkships.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois or awaiting results (for attorney applicants).
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited law school (for law clerks).
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to client advocacy.
• Familiarity with Lake County and Northern Cook County court systems is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
