Duties

• Develop and execute case strategies with senior attorneys.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Handle document review, fact development, and trial preparation.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of litigation experience in commercial, civil, business, or construction matters.
• Experience in construction defect litigation preferred.
• Active Florida Bar admission or imminent eligibility.
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and case management.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple matters concurrently.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar Certification (required).
• LEED, Board Certification, or Construction Management (a plus).
