Duties

• Exhibit strong writing skills for letters, pleadings, and motions.
• Draft strategic discovery requests and responses.
• Review documents efficiently for case analysis and trial preparation.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in arbitration hearings and trials.

Requirements

• At least 4 years' post-law school experience.
• Membership in the California Bar.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Pragmatic approach, excellent judgment, and pride in work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
