Candidate will support attorneys handling removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts; preparing and filing immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and other administrative applications before the Department of Homeland Security. Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience at an Immigration Law Firm, strong organizational and excellent English writing skills, computer literacy, and an interest in human rights and immigration matters are required. Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) required.
