Duties

• Take and defend expert and witness depositions.
• Draft original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters.
• Draft discovery requests and responses for exchange with various parties.
• Develop client relationships through oral and written communication.
• Prepare for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing in California.
• Self-motivated with high energy and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Experience in a billable work environment.
• Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from a top law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
