Duties

• Draft motions for relief from the automatic stay.
• Prepare and defend secured creditor proofs of claims.
• Defend motions to value and draft pleadings to protect creditor interests.
• Manage a substantial caseload and guide support staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to the firm's systems of record.

Requirements

• Bar License in the state of CA (required); multiple licenses a plus.
• Over eight years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or equivalent fields.
• Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and productively in a detail-oriented manner.
• Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA, and experience in appellate practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar License in California.
