The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal and state court litigation, particularly in wage and hour class actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.

Duties

• Conduct fact investigation and exposure analysis.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Perform legal research.
• Advise clients on complex employment law compliance issues.

Requirements

• Experience representing employers in federal and state court litigation.
• Substantive experience with wage and hour class actions and collective actions.
• Experience with cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
• Experience with alternative dispute resolution and client counseling.
• Experience in labor and workplace investigations is highly valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of Texas.
