• Engage in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents related to real estate transactions.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide high-quality legal services.

• Manage and oversee various aspects of real estate deals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client expectations.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert legal advice on real estate matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate law.

• Strong experience with sophisticated real estate transactions, such as joint ventures, fund formations, and acquisitions/dispositions.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

• Solid academic background.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
