Duties

• Represent companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity transactions.
• Advise public companies on corporate governance and SEC compliance.
• Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day workflow requirements.

Requirements

• Three to six years of capital markets and public securities experience.
• Experience in a national or international law firm's capital markets department.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
