A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with at least two years of experience to join their Commercial Finance team in Atlanta, GA. The team handles a variety of secured financing transactions, including syndicated lending and leveraged acquisitions. The associate will collaborate with the Mergers & Acquisitions team to support strategic transactions.

Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial finance or related practice.
• Experience with syndicated lending and leveraged finance preferred.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia preferred.
