• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' rights in administrative and court proceedings.
• Evaluate medical evidence and collaborate with medical professionals to support case arguments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan.
• 2-5 years of experience handling worker's compensation or related personal injury cases preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan worker's compensation laws and procedures.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan.
