Duties:

• Advise and represent clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
• Navigate complex data protection regulations.
• Conduct legal research on cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
• Assist with incident response plans and strategies.
• Guide data breach notifications and investigations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
• Membership to the IL State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research skills.
• Superb writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Highly motivated and creative individual.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership to the IL State Bar.
