Candidates with experience as an Administrative Patent Judge or within the Central Reexamination Unit of the USPTO are preferred. Location:

Duties:

• Handle contested patent matters, particularly those before the PTAB.

• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property disputes and reexaminations.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to patent disputes.

• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and appeals.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective patent litigation strategies.

• Maintain high ethical and professional standards in client representation.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in contested patent matters.

• Expertise in handling cases before the PTAB.

• Strong background in intellectual property law and litigation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the United States.

• Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.
