Compensation: $260,000 – $365,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

One of our clients, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking Mid-Level Associates to join its Banking group in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with strong finance and corporate experience who are eager to take on sophisticated matters and continue advancing their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents

• Advise on UCC matters and manage related filings

• Provide general corporate support for banking and finance transactions

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex finance deals

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Mid-level experience (Class of 2020–2022) in banking, finance, or general corporate law

• Proven ability to draft and negotiate financial documents

• Experience with UCC and loan documentation

• Strong academic record and prior large law firm experience preferred
