Job Overview

A prestigious national law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Corporate & Securities practice group with a dedicated focus on healthcare clients. The position involves advising some of the most innovative healthcare providers, payers, digital health companies, and private equity investors on high-value strategic transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments, and joint ventures. Candidates will receive hands-on mentoring, training, and opportunities to develop direct client relationships in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Advise healthcare industry clients on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions

• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents and commercial agreements

• Counsel clients on corporate structuring, formation, governance, and strategy

• Support clients across all phases of their business lifecycle

• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients to manage complex corporate matters

• Participate in mentoring, career training, and professional development opportunities provided by the firm

• Contribute to a collaborative legal team focused on healthcare innovation and regulatory developments

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and/or joint ventures

• Transactional experience in the healthcare sector preferred

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters and deadlines

• Bar admission in the state corresponding to the office location applied for

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of the selected office location
