Duties: The candidate will serve as a wealth planning expert and a resource for high net worth clients and prospects, generating solutions that will include trusts, closely-held business entities and exit strategies, IRAs, executive compensation plans, and charitable entities. Review and summarize estate planning documents to help advisors and clients understand a client’s current plan, identify issues, and make recommendations to enhance planning and minimize taxes. Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions for the advisors, the client, and the client’s legal and tax professionals. Participate in meetings with clients and colleagues to discover opportunities and present recommendations. Develop materials for internal and external use. Educate colleagues on basic and complex estate planning strategies. Assist with a variety of fiduciary legal matters, including fiduciary litigation, releases, non-judicial settlement agreements, etc.
