A law firm seeks an ERISA Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience to join its Atlanta, Georgia office. Duties

• Represent clients in ERISA-related litigation, including issues of employee benefits, pensions, and other retirement plan disputes
• Manage a variety of complex civil litigation matters and deliver comprehensive legal counsel
• Engage in direct client interaction, fostering strong relationships while handling sensitive and high-profile cases
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy development
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and mentoring programs
• Assist in business development efforts and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in ERISA litigation
• Strong understanding of ERISA law and its application to employee benefits and retirement plans
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex legal matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Proven track record of successful litigation and client management
• Motivated to manage and develop a full caseload and contribute to the firm's overall success
• Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligible for licensure transfer

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia or eligible for transfer
