Patent & ITC Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 2-5 years of patent litigation experience from a nationally-recognized law firm. Must have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related sciences. Should have experience drafting pleadings, preparing discovery documents, and taking/defending depositions. Prior experience with the International Trade Commission (ITC) is preferred.
Should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing, and analytical skills. Must be members in good standing of the Illinois Bar.
