Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or technology transactions.
• Experience with technology industries and regulatory policy is desirable.
• Preference for candidates based in Austin or Palo Alto.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• CIPP certification is a plus.
