Duties:

• Manage legal matters involving estate planning, administration, and probate litigation

• Handle real estate transactions and disputes, including contract and title issues

• Provide counsel to small businesses on formation, compliance, and contract matters

• Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, contracts, and business agreements

• Meet with and advise clients on legal options and strategies

• Conduct legal research and stay informed of changes in relevant areas of law

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client service

• Represent clients in court proceedings or administrative hearings, when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, or business law

• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple cases independently

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional demeanor and a collaborative team approach

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing

Skills:

• Legal drafting and document preparation in estate, real estate, and business law

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Time management and organizational ability
