Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 matters, primarily in medical malpractice.
• Conduct client communication and case management.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Handle depositions and discovery procedures.
• Work closely with senior attorneys for case strategy and guidance.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience.
• Strong preference for experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law.
• Ability to handle cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission (Required).
