Identify omissions or errors and notifies originator. Maintain automated system for all legal documents received for recording by scanning and entering data for the recorded documents. Conduct research in identification by utilizing the automated system. Coordinate appeal cases with agency. Compose correspondence relating to defective documents or appeals. Respond to requests related to probate data. Traveling is required.
